How To Get Rid Of Pimples Fast - Clear Your Pimples With 7 Simple Tips

Do you suffer from mild to moderate acne and want to know how to get rid of pimples fast? 1. To clear your pimples, first of all keep your face clean. Aim to wash it at least twice a day. Only use a gentle soap, I used sulphur soap which is available over the counter but if you have oily skin it is better to use a soap containing benzoyl peroxide. Do not use coarse sponges, brushes or anything similar to wash your face. Avoid over washing as it will stimulate the sebaceous glands causing them to create more sebum and thereby increase breakouts of pimples.
2. Don't burst those pimples, this is probably one of the most important actions to stop. Bursting pimples will not only result in further breakouts, but it will also increases the chances of permanent scaring on your face.
3. Increase your intake of green vegetables, fruit, vegetable juices and food that is rich in zinc. It has been proved that these foods are not only good for you health but are also good for the skin. Pimples can be caused by eating too much oily or spicy foods and dairy products can also cause problems as they contain hormones. It is therefore advisable to cut down these foods.
4. Drink plenty of water, at least 8 glasses a day. This is especially important if you are also drinking coffee and alcohol as these type of fluids tend to dehydrate us. Water is good for the skin and will help in preventing pimples forming by keeping the skin hydrated and also by helping the liver to cleanse toxins from our body. Adding the juice of half a lemon to a glass of water daily has also been effective in clearing pimples for some people.
5. Do not wear any make up or cosmetics as they tend to block the pores. If you really have to wear make because of your job or for a night out, try to use water based products where possible. Always take any make up off at night and use a gentle cleanser on your face.
6. Take up some form of moderate exercise. Exercise will help your blood to circulate blood properly and will also help to remove toxins from your body.
7. Get out in the sun, a small amount of exposure to the sun is good for curing pimples. It has been proven that sunlight kills the bacteria that causes acne and skin conditions due to its antibacterial properties and other effects. Excessive exposure to the sun causes skin damage, therefore do not spend too long in the sun and use protection that is suitable for acne. A way of getting the beneficial effects of the sun without over exposure is to use one of the new acne blue light therapy lamps that operate in a safe ultraviolet range that does not damage the skin.
